Return & Exchange Policy

Jacobbicerri – Textile Products

At Jacobbicerri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your textile purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions stated below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in their original packaging and complete

• Be sent with the invoice or order number

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used, washed, ironed, or scented items

• Stained, torn, or deformed products

• Underwear, socks, and similar hygiene-sensitive items (if tried on)

• Customized or made-to-order products

4. Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered by Jacobbicerri.

• For customer-initiated returns (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for return or exchange

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address.

6. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
