4. Shipping Carriers

6. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier:

• If the package is damaged, torn, or opened, do not accept it.

• Request a damage report from the courier and contact us immediately.

In such cases, Jacobbicerri will take full responsibility.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
